Why we don't do juniors
staffai.eu does not operate a junior outsourcing model. Every engineer in the network has a minimum of 7 years of commercial experience; most have 10–15 years.
This is not a cost-driven offshore model where junior engineers deliver volume work under senior oversight. The senior cohort in Eastern Europe — particularly in Romania, Poland, and Bulgaria — built their careers in data engineering, backend systems, and infrastructure during the 2010s.
They have the engineering fundamentals that make AI systems work in production, not just in demos.
